The only way to know where to draw your

The only way to know where to draw your line is to cross your line many times, and figure out the hard way that you just can’t do it anymore. This is a lot more empowering than it sounds. If you always run away from difficult situations, then you are going to be ten times more terrified of anything that seems difficult, because you’ll have no idea what your own limits are. The more you test your limits, though, the better understanding you’ll have of what you can do and what you can’t.
Simply put, you have to fail a few times to know what you can handle. This does take courage, but I think we both know that running away from difficulty isn’t taking your life where you want it to go.
